Ο θάνατος του Chester Bennington ώθησε τους συναδέλφους του να πάρουν θέση στο Twitter και σε άλλες πλατφόρμες κοινωνικών μέσων για να εκφράσουν το σοκ και τη θλίψη τους.
Ο τραγουδιστής Linkin Park βρέθηκε νωρίτερα σήμερα στο Palos Verdes Estates στο Los Angeles. Ο συνεργάτης του Bennington, Mike Shinoda, επιβεβαίωσε τον θάνατό του. Ο 41χρονος σύζυγος και πατέρας, ο οποίος επίσης ήταν αργότερα μέλος των Stone Temple Pilots, πρόσφατα θρήνησε το χαμό του φίλου του Chris Cornell, ο οποίος θα ήταν 53 ετών σήμερα.
